Most honest auto repair shop out there by far. I've dealt w them over the last ten years. If you live in tip of IL don't go anywhere else.

Since I work at Ford Brothers, almost every day I get a notification asking me ' how I like Ford Brothers'. But I have to answer this one. It has been crazy busy at Ford Brothers. So many customers needing vehicles repaired. Because of the pandemic, a lot of our parts dealers are working from home. This is causing terrible delays in getting some parts. Causing them to send wrong parts, etc. But inbetween all of this, my Buick started having a meltdown. My back door handle broke. My driver's door panel was falling off. I had to roll my window down to shut my door. And...my back hatch door locked itself and refused to be unlocked! Bruce finally found the time to fix those three things. He had to. I was going to quit ud83dude06. Seriously folks, they are really trying to get your vehicles repaired ASAP. We want to thank each of you for being patient. We don't take having to delay you lightly. We care. Stay safe!
