The Taproom and Cafe

My family stopped in here while on vacation and it was AMAZING! Great food, top notch drinks, and the best service. I loved the Lavender Vanilla Bees Knees and the Mint Julep. If you are in Quincy, IL The Taproom and Cafe is the place to go.

Best cocktails and service ever! We were there on vacation and kept coming back the whole time we were there. The atmosphere is great, the drinks are inspired, and the staff is amazing.

While out visiting a friend I spent some hours here on 3 occasions. I was told I had to try the cold smoked burger so I did. It was the best burger I have ever had... I sware. Chef Alex had the perfect temp on this smokey burger and it was juicy. The shoestring fries were dusted with Parmesan and cooked too a perfect crisp. I would go get one right now if I could. You also have to try Christopher's signature drink called the Bees Knees. Its a lavender and honey sip of heaven. Sarah behind the bar also makes a nice peach Mojito. A very friendly staff that are very kind to new faces. I look forward to going back one day. If you go in tell them Spicy Anna sent ya. ud83dude01

***edited*** I love it here, but their hours are never correct. They’re always closed and they never answer the phone. I love supporting small businesses and I never can, because their hours are never correct! I’ve tried to order carry out multiple times and had to end up going elsewhere due to them not answering the phone.nnI absolutely love it here!! They have vegan options, which isn’t common here. The atmosphere is great, the service is great and the food is so delicious!! The bartender offered us alcoholic beverages, but my boyfriend and I don’t drink. So the bartender was nice enough to make us an amazing drink without alcohol and it was delicious!! I love coming here, and love supporting small businesses!!
