Cache River Auto & RV

I purchased a few parts from Cache River RV and had two propane tanks filled. One of the parts I needed was a little obscure but they had it in stock which was a lifesaver.nnWhen I arrived, the team was friendly and responsive. They treated me great and took time to answer all of my questions. I needed a few feet of wire that they don't sell but they gave me a few suggestions for nearby places.nnA huge shout out to Dale in the service department! His technical expertise was impressive and he really went the extra mile in helping with an electrical issue that I had. I had a 50-amp pedestal installed recently but it was not working correctly. He took a few minutes to demonstrate testing the receptacle right there in the shop and he even offered to swing by after work to take a look if I still had trouble.nnI texted him that afternoon and, true to his word, he called me right after he left work. He knew exactly what to look for and found a low voltage issue with the power service.nnDale really went above and beyond with helping me diagnose an issue that had nothing to do with Cache River RV itself. He is a great person who genuinely enjoys his work and isn't afraid of a challenge.nnI will definitely return to Cache River RV and I highly recommend them for parts and service. Outstanding!

If you get something in the mail from Cache River Auto & Rivet from Ullin, Illinois don't fall for it its definitely a scam they just tyring to get you to come down and by a car and there rude.
