Had to pay twice to get to work, already paid to ride the bus to P&G, had to call them to get to the bus at Osage Center, they made me miss my bus, so I had to pay them to go all the way to P&G. I heard that the dispatch guy was sleeping. I was calling from 5-5:30am with no answer. When he finally answered, they were too late and the bus I already paid to ride had left the Osage Center. This has happened twice. You're at their mercy, when they know you have no other way to get to work.

I use them often and have only had a really rude driver once the rest have been awesome. I have had some situations that caused me to be late but they are few and far between. It's a little crazy to me that it cost $11 for me to go 6.2 miles to see my best friend but because they crossed Jackson to Cape it goes from $6 to $11 but it's only 6.2 mi away I don't understand that one but other than that really no complaints.

The customer service is terrible. I had to call them since the taxi had not arrived even I stood outside more than 20 min - well that was fine I knew that they were busy. BUT when I call them again to ask them whether it was on the way or to ask if I have to cancel it, the customer representative never listen to me and repeated “We are very busy, be patient, be patient, be patient, ma’am okay?” and hung up - never listened and made me shut up. Their manager have to check the service quality.

I dont know if this place is under new management but the dispatcher (the male) he is snide, and rude. I cant think of enough words to say he is a total jerk. Un helpful in every way. As for the drivers. All are courteous. So over all good drivers. The jerk dispatcher needs to find a new job.

Terrible Costumer service!!! they be 40 plus minutes late picking you up even if you scheduled ahead of time. Drivers don’t say sorry for inconvenience or nothing. One driver card reader stop working and she told me I had to get out when she was already late making me late for work. And didn’t say sorry or anything !!!! Didn’t even ask another driver to come. Not to mention they barely answer the phone you have to call 5 plus times. Would rate 0
