Bart Transportation

I was the third passenger picked up on a trip from Springfield, Illinois to St. Louis. I was told I would be sitting in the far back of the van which was the most uncomfortable seat ever. It was soft and really did a number on my back for a two hour drive. The fact that since your the last passenger you have to ride in a seat no t even close to the comfortable lounge chairs. This is part of the experience. I’m paying as much as everyone else. Also the van had a strong spice smell.nnA different experience I had to wait at the airport with my child for two hours with no explanation. Come to find out that we were picking up another passenger. It was extremely inconvenient.nnI’ve only had one other experience and I was traveling by myself and it was quiet nice and comfortable. However the other two experiences are not worth the price.

Great service from call-up to drop-off. Safe, affordable, and comfortable. My family has used Bart for years and they’ve been amazing every time (and at almost any hour). Thanks for the rides home to Cape!

They like a three day notice. Can pay at the office which makes it easy. They take Debit or Credit over the phone.

Have made several trips to and from airport and Cape Girardeau. The drivers have always been courteous and on time. Thank you BART for this excellent service.
