I was having a hard time finding a shop to work on an older Audi I had just bought. I was referred to Kuhly’s. Mark was pleasant, very knowledgeable and customer focused. Over the phone, he told me how to gauge whether I needed springs along with struts. He quoted a price to fix the car. He ordered the parts and was able to schedule the repair within 2 days. I picked the car up today and it drives great. His technicians were top notch showing me what parts they replaced and how worn out they were. All in all an excellent experience. I’ll be back when I need an oil change.

The mechanics are friendly and the service was good and fast. However, be ready to pay top dollar for the experience. Maybe think about buying a domestic car if you live in Quincy.
