I called to schedule a time for a replacement expecting at least a week or two for the glass to be ordered, and instead it was only 3 business days later. The replacement was very quick and easy, I was able to drop off the evening before and come back once it was finished. They also did my sister's a back windshield couple weeks ago after it was smashed with a rock, and they even vacuumed out all the broken glass as they did the replacement.
When I got there, they told me that it would be 2-3 hours to replace my windshield. I hadn’t realized it would take that long and was going to wait there. I settled in and planned on a long wait, but they rallied their team and had it done in just over an hour for me! I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness. Even as I was getting in my truck to leave, a sweet lady was polishing the new windshield, so it wasn’t streaky. What great service! I highly recommend them!
These guys are AMAZING! They go above and beyond! I showed up for a windshield replacement with my 2 small kids. I was planning on walking to the park while we waited. They were so nice they drove me and my kids to the park, And picked us up when they were done with my car. They also had someone wait outside by my car to talk to my kids while I went inside to pay. Seriously the best experience I could have ever had! I’m amazed at how thoughtful they are. They were fast AND the best price around! My windshield looks great! Thank you guys! I really Appreciate it!
To be short, they did a great job and for a considerably lower price than Safelite. I am happy.
They are the best in every way - great work, great people. You can count on the best, no matter what your glass problems are.
