Pritchard's of Belmond

I called for a battery today. Kyle wasn't helpful at all! Called back at 1:25 when people were in shop after an hour and a half lunch break... No one answered but could leave msg for Rob... Grew up next door to Bill and Joe Pritchard.... Standards are way down!!!!! Heading to Arnold's Motor Supply.in Garner for battery.

I have recently had extensive work done on my 1 ton pickup. I am very satisfied with their service. Would recommend them highly. By the way. My truck is a Ford. They are willing to service other products than just GM.

Rob, from the service desk, gave me the best first impression! He is friendly and caring! I don't live in Belmond, he found out I just had a baby and he sent someone to my house to get my vehicle. The sweet heart gentleman that picked it up and brought it back, thank you! They will have me as a customer for a long time! They also gave me back a detailed sheet of everything they went over and did for me!

One star is too much! Drove from Fort Dodge to Belmond to test drive a truck...salesman was clueless. Didn't leave us alone for a second to discuss it and wouldn't budge at all on price even with cash in hand! Total waste of time. Thanx for the popcorn!
