The woman was quite snippy from the beginning but I only needed a place for a couple months before I moved. The unit looked great but when I went to get my stuff there was water damage, ruined an expensive massage table and mold forming on boxes. If I hadn't got it when I did the damage would have been much worse. She did not disclose the water issue and I did use plastic totes for most of it. Protect your stuff.
