I have been working with Jason regarding some cosmetic issues with my 2016 Rubicon. Even though we are still working through the details and haven’t completed the job yet Jason has kept me well informed and has been a pleasure to this point. I trust we will have everything resolved soon and at the end of the day I will be very happy with their service.

Our AC went out with three hours left to our destination of Cresco. We made an appointment, dropped it off and Jason kept us updated regularly on the status. We’ve never dealt with any dealership that kept us so informed. Like I told Jason in person, “I hope I never see you again but it’ll be a pleasure if I do.” Thanks Jason!

I recently purchased a used Ram truck online I live 110 miles away and at that time I was working 6 10hr days and could not make it up to look at it but I went ahead on the deal they met me at a halfway point and when they got there the black truck was dirty, typical for Iowa this time of year 4 days later I had a chance to wash it good at which point I noticed where the people who owned it before me had a sign on it which caused a discoloration on the paint they told me it would buff out so I took it to a body shop and it wouldn't budge so I contacted them and said it was still there on both back doors and what the body shop said what it would cost to be painted at which time they said there body man could do it for less and if I wanted to bring it up there they would make it right and so I did and now I have the thought I truck was buying and in conclusion I want to Thank Rich Hayes and management for stiving to satisfy there customers I
