The coffee is the best in the area. The staff are wonderful. It's my go to for coffee and to relax.nnETA: Their new location on Water Street has an amazing big city feel. They rocked it!nnETA 12/30/20: The Impact crew has really kept ahead of the pandemic, with top safety practices and fantastic curbside pickup and online ordering options.

First time visiting Decorah and checking out all the local coffee and beer...this place ranks high! Their Miel is fantastic, and for a quick lunch, their Pepper Pig Nordic waffle was delicious ud83dude0b I loved sitting with my book and enjoyed the variety of music they played. Cozy atmosphere, plenty of seating options, plants, and exposed brick make this a great place to spend an afternoon. I’ll be back again— if not this trip, then the next one!

Great experience picking up an order placed online! It was ready and waiting for me when I walked in. Loved the rustic decor inside. I got a iced chai and a scone and they both were delicious! Was just visiting overnight but would definitely recommend!

Not the coffee you are looking for... Unless you know ahead of time that this is the flavor profile you like. It is non-stanfard fare, but beautifully done for all that. I ordered a cortado. It tasted like light roast espresso. The milk component of the drink did not have any of the cream sweetness I expect from traditional dairy, so I was disappointed. I can see that it might be a flavor combination that someone COULD love. I was just surprised.
