Canteen Lunch In the Alley

When I come back to Iowa for the summer there is no better starting spot than the canteen. I've always loved loose meat sandwiches since I was a little girl and they do a great job of having fresh product and availability. I took mine to go and I know that you can get the Buns separate from the meat also to go

First visit I ordered one with everything it was so good I had to order another one very friendly little place nice people working there I will be going back

I had a canteen with everything and a slice of peanut butter pie. It was a nice takeout dinner.

This is my favorite place in the world so many memories with my late grandfather and father. Amazing
