Went through the drive thru tonight at 8:00 ordered a 12 piece crispy meal with 2 large potatoes and gravy and a Mac n cheese. My daugter ordered her special plain chicken sandwich. Sandwich came with mayo and pickles,12 piece meal wasn't crispy, had one small gravy, no mac n cheese, biscuits were in the bucket of chicken a pile of mush when we got home.

Ordered lots of food got everything right. Impressive.nMost of the time I have to go back or they missed something.

Love their food but unfortunately their service gets worse and worse... always have missing items in orders, food cold upon receiving it... no one properly wearing masks its a real disappointment
