McDonald's

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We waited in line for 15 minutes to place our order only to have them ask us to pull over into one of their waiting spots because they said our food wasn't ready yet. After waiting another 5+ minutes we still hadn't gotten our food (even though several other people went through and had already gotten their orders). So we backed up to the drive through and asked where our order was and the girl at the window asked if someone could get our order done! By that point it had been almost 20 minutes from the time we had placed our order so we just asked for our money back. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened.

Do not go after 3pm! You will not get what you ordered! It will either be part of your order or mistakes on your order! Day shift has all the good workers that check the food and make ordered the right way!

For as busy as they were tonight and watching some of them just stand around. And people waited so long to get their order taken in the lobby. I waited probably for 25 minutes on a small order. Honestly I don't eat McDonald's very often so I won't be returning.
