Always great customer service here.

Employees seem stuck-up snobby and very slow at doing their job

Everytime I go in there is only 1 person working and a long line. Service is alright for the situation. Needs better staffing

The costumer service is impeccable, they remember your name and what your favorite drinks are! One young man that works there and going to college is a super star on making the perfect drink and fast too!!

A starbucks in Creston was long overdo! Staff is friendly, service is top notch - expect them to remember your name (your kids name) and your drink order - plus expect a suggestion or two based on what they know! Happy Hour is a regular occurance (who doesn't love BOGO) and they are open 7 days a week until 7pm - far more than the other coffee places in town. You can use your starbucks app to pay and earn stars but can't redeem them here (huge bummer)
