Robert's Buffet

Good. Would have been 5 however, the Chinese food was never replaced.

I went on a Friday night around 7:30p. I chose my table, and had to wait a really long time for a waitress to recognize I was there. I asked what there was to drink besides soda, and her answer was very limited so I had to quiz her on some of my favorite drink options to come up with something they had. My waitress was terrible with drink refills, I had to flag her down everytime I needed one. Also, my used buffet plates cluttered up my table as she never cleared them unless asked when I rarely saw her.nnThe food on the buffet was just blah, but the crab legs and butter were excellent! I also enjoyed the dessert options as well. Price was $20.99, which includes a drink. Total was $22.36 with tax.

Very disappointed in some changes that were made by management.nBefore with a medical card due to dietary restrictions - we were charged a child's plate price as one member can only eat about 5 ozs.nThat's now changed. I can't see paying a full adult meal price ($25.00 for Christmas dinner) when they eat less than a child.nThis was a recent change, I believe it would have been better if they had never allowed it, instead of changing it. I can understand if people were taking advantage of this, however if a medical card is presented...

Came in for the first and last time 1/31/2020 around 7:30pm. All the food was cold, in addition the crab legs were like tiny baby fingers, and the prime rib was poorly seasoned and tough. Within an hour my stomach started to turn. My dinner had left me miserable. I got sick multiple times over the night, and as I type this my stomach is still not doing well.nIt should have been a red flag when the place was empty on a Friday night. I am considering notifying the heath department being as the food was not maintained at a proper temperature.nWe usually attend the Jumer's Players Buffet and that is where we will stay.

Everything I ate tasted excellent I rate this five stars
