Rudy's Tacos, Eldridge

I rate them 3 1/2 stars overall. We like Rudy's because it's quick and easy to order to go. As far as the food goes we like the beef enchiladas and tacos. I'd rate them a 4 if their salsa wasn't like colored water. If you order to go I also recommend getting the lettuce and tomato toppings on the side so they aren't wilted before you eat the enchiladas

We've only had take out, but very friendly service and the food stayed warm all the way home 23 miles.

Service was great! Steak street tacos were fantastic. The wife had the shredded beef burritos. She said the were equally great! Great food!
