Kela is an amazing yoga instructor she makes you feel comfortable being a beginner and provides a comfortable atmosphere.

The instructors at Backwards are great at making everyone feel confident and included in their yoga journey. There's class levels for everyone and always room to grow in your practice.
Kela, the owner, knows her stuff! She does a great job of teaching while she instructs. I leave her class feeling restored and ready to take on the day! Would highly recommend!
