Quality Motors

Stopped there a couple times to check out the vehicles they had.. in which the vehicles looked very good on the outside but on the inside of the vehicles they had a huge amount of miles...? To each is own..! But I'm not a big fan of buying used vehicles with this many miles on them...!

Bought a 2001 Ford explorer sport Trac AT quality motors on December 19th 2020. In less than 4 months I've had to change inside and outside door handles which broke, had to replace battery, had to replace rear end shocks struts springs and shackles they were totally rusted, tie rods in front were rusted and they snapped, and now I have a cylinder leak and problem in my engine within 4 months I spent $1,300 not including the engine work done now there's nothing quality about this place the parts I took off my rear end were so Rusty that they look like they've been on there for 20 years they do not inspect their cars before they sell them this is not a place to get a good quality car so I advise them to change your name. I understand that I have the right to have the car inspected before I buy it but for all these major things to go wrong within the span of less than 4 months they're selling very unsafe vehicles once again I do not recommend and I do not think you should buy a car from quality

I purchased my 2010 F150 here and the process was really easy and fast. The truck is driving great so far and is in great condition for the year it is. I'd highly recommend Quality Motors for buying used cars and trucks. Great customer service and quality vehiclesnUPDATE:nSoon after buying my truck It started having major problems with the engine and has costed me well over $3,000 and lost me so much time. When I bought the truck the owner of Quality Motors assured me that the truck was in perfect working condition and shouldn't have any problems what so ever. One thing that I noticed during the test drive was that the engine light came on and when I told him about that it looked like he fixed the problem. The owner told me it was an O2 sensor causing the light, but now I'm not sure if it was really that or something bigger. Overall, I would greatly recommend to stay away from this dealer as they sold me a vehicle that broke down on me not even 2 months after purchasing it.

For used vehicles, I was impressed with the selection. The car we were interested in needed at least $2800 for replacement of the control arms and new tires. They were not willing to drop the price on the car.
