I’m a member of the cave city council, and have lived in cave city for 43 years.nI usually stop by here with the assistance of my two sons due to mobility issues, and shopped at this location regularly due to the close proximity of the store to my home.nI never feel the need to post reviews, because I have very little experience using the internet.nI’ve left multiple complaints with the store manager, who within the past year or so has left to pursue a better business to work under, and until she left had no problem getting my issues resolved.nUnder the new management, that has changed. I don’t like to complain about many things, but under the new management, complaints are ignored, numerous employees disregard me due to my age, and my son recently had his wallet come up missing after it was left on the counter one night while picking up a pizza.nWe left a complaint with a very tall, over weight man who said he was working a double shift(bad business management to make employees work double shifts to cover other lazy employees) and when he asked to have cameras pulled to locate the wallet, we were told that it wasn’t possible as the cameras at the counter do not work. As we left, two employees could be spotted (and SMELLED) smoking what we assumed was marijuana.nWe’ve given up getting the camera pulled, and it seems the employees leave the phone off the hook to avoid DOING ANY WORK POSSIBLE.nVery disrespectful employees and managers, and even worse in store experiences.nIt’s hard for me to believe this use to be our one stop shop for anything other than groceries.nDo not shop here, even if mobility is an issue. Shop anywhere else.

Terrible management, rude, rather have customers go elsewhere then provide adequate service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend.

Seems like to me by the comments it's clearly the costumers who are the rude ones. I've seen people threaten their jobs and to go over them for carding people. No matter where you go you get carded. If you don't get carded your new favorite place clearly needs to be shut down and soon will be. I've seen people throw money at them and cuss them out all the way out the store across the parking lot to their cars calling them every name in the book for carding. As far as I've noticed that's the only problem this place has is their customers.

Great place to stop and get gas or food always clean and Management always cares about their customers would recommend anyone to stop here
