Wireone

I'm sooo grateful for wireone. Once again they have saved the day (or technically night in this matter). A tree fell in my backyard pulling down all power lines and the meter out of my home. Nothing mid America would touch i called Aisha immediately and she had her on call tech John to my house without a worry at 9pm on a cold Wednesday evening. Aisha calmed me down and assured i would be in great hands and even offered to accept any calls i needed in my panic attack. That felt good to emotionally know someone cared that much about a customer. John arrived and walked into a bigger mess than he thought, but that man handled it with care and love. He answered all our questions and made different quotes to fit our needs and budget. He was patient. He then got us approved for financing amd worked until 3am in the morning to get us power back. I just want to thank the genuine passion of these two that i feel really came in with love and passion for not only their jobs but their customer. I will forever never use anyone else with my electric needs....update let me make it known how professional and comforting Jeremy and Cameron were on Friday when they came back to finish everything up and very respectful.

John was very personable & knowledgeable. He was as efficient as possible. Looking forward to more future work.

Do not take time off work to schedule an appointment with this company. They will reschedule the day of and with very little notification. They will not try to work with you to get someone else out.
