Ryder/ Pepsico Warehouse

This is not an ideal warehouse to work in if you value and respect your time. There is no work/ life balance due to facility not being able to maintain its employee roster. Sure the money is ok. But they make sure to let you know who's in control by forcing whenever it's convenient for them. Yes, mandatory OT was discussed in the interview process. From my personal experience, they work you in to a mode of exhaustion. I loved using the forklift but I didn't like the site. Rudeness seems to be a trend there amongst more than a few people. No, this is not a disgruntled post. It is a fair assessment of working there almost a year. There's a need of a thorough evaluation to assess how to keep the morale and spirit of the employees elevated. This is not to defame the company. I'm only writing this to enlighten anyone who is considering applying there.

A very good place to work for very family oriented people are just so nice there and they help you to achieve where you're trying to get to. There's no place I would rather be. Then Ryder

Worst interview in my life. They made me wait almost an hour, for a quick interview. It was like the guy had made up his mind already and wouldn't even look at my resume and prior experience of over 20 yrs. Instead he asked me questions that had nothing to do with the job I was interviewing for. Waste of my time.
