Sac and Fox Trail City Park

I love the atmosphere of being far enough from the city without having to drive a ways.

Best place to exercise if you're in the market to NOT see anyone else for quite possibly Hours on End - Fantastic!

I ran and x-country skied the East Post to Rosedale segment for over 20 yrs. Early morning highlights: red fox, gold finches, turkeys, deer everywhere. Weekends it's heavily traveled by a mix of families, runners & bicyclists. South end near the prairie, & Indian Creek Nature Center has many butterflies at times. Due to flooding, parts of the trail can difficult to ride w/out fat tires. The trail is best enjoyed on foot,rather than bike especially at busy times.

I just randomly met a cute guy along the trail and we fished together. Nice guy, I hope to see him again ud83eudd1e
