Jimmy John's

This is 1/4 mile from my home.... tonight jimmy johns was NOT busy in fact My wife and I were the only ones in the drive through... we ordered 2 sandwiches which took about 10 minutes.... got them home and guess what???.... They got it wrong.....once again!nnI'm not giving up on jimmy johns..... Just this location...... Thanks for NOTHING.nThis time we threw the sandwiches in the garbage

I ordered on my Jimmy John’s app. Like I do 3 times a month AT LEAST. My order always comes to my house. Today the App had my food ordered to my old place of business. The delivery driver just dropped it off there. When I called the Jimmy John’s store they told me too bad that it’s my fault and they wouldn’t send me my order to my correct address. They didn’t care at all. I spend hundreds of dollars at this Jimmy John’s a year and now I will no longer be doing that. I’ve already spent 100$ there just in March. Hope the owner is happy to loose my business and the business of my friends and Family.nnDrop my food off to someone who ISNT ME and then BLAME ME and tell me tough luck.nnCouldn’t make me a new sandwich hope that’s worth the hundreds of dollars you just lost.

They refused to answer the phone 30 min before closed. Horribly ran business, it’s like they don’t want there company to strive so that they can get a paycheck. Management needs to be talked to and business needs to be handled accordingly. Professionalism needs some touch up

So good! I always get the #17 .. shop is always clean on Kirkwood blvd and workers r super fast and friendly.. I highly reccomend!

Extremely rude. Not fast in anyway. Will never come here again. Period.
