Longfellow Nature Trail

I randomly stumbled upon this short and sweet trail while on a run and was pleasantly surprised by its location and serenity in the middle of the city. I came back often just to jog through, as it was capable of taking your mind away and letting you escape (even if just for a few minutes). I really came to appreciate this hidden little gem while on my runs and incorporated it often.

Beautiful place to see the stars at night, away from the city lights. Lots of lightning bugs. Prairie, butterfly garden.

More of a short-cut under the train tracks than a nature trail. Very short distance however nice Creek and what looks like possibly Butterfly Garden plants.
