Have been a member for decades! Great staff, excellent trainers. Love the renovated locker room. Classes are always changing so there is no excuse to not try something new. Open all the time, you can't go wrong here.

LAC is a great place to work out. The staff and members are friendly and motivational. Always clean. Exceptional trainers. Great classes. New equipment. Highly recommended.

What's not to love here?!? Great high quality hammer strength equipment and dumbbells. Clean facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also a nice outdoor obstacle pit for summertime outdoor workouts.

Nice and quiet workout environment with bright large widows to give you that outdoor feeling. They also have an amazing outdoor obstacle facility.
