If I could give a no start I would!! I had a horrible experience dealing with that lady Kim and this is all only thru emails!! Can't imagen what experience I would've had if I was at the place.. Anyways the website to make appointments it's ridiculous, and after multiple calls to try to get someone on the phone, well just forget about it!! My appointment was suppose to be early this year and she email me (not even a phone call) letting me know that my appointment was canceled due to her getting sick.. OK I was fine with that appointment reschule done.. That day of my appointment I had to rush my mother to the ER so I knew it was going to be a long day at the hospital!! So I bother to email her (just like she did when she cancel my appointment) well turns out that I got charged $75!!! for cancelling the appointment and I had explain the situation to her but she was very nasty and refuse to refund my money back!! I would never recommend anyone to go there.
