Sunoco Gas Station

Frauds..! One cold morning, the pump wasn't working well and it didn't deliver the gas correctly - was getting stuck often. But the meter (for the amount and gallons) was running fine. So I got the bill without getting the full gas for the amount I paid. I stopped fuelling and came into complain. But the lady at the counter simply refused to admit to their problem and dismissed me arrogantly. Never go to them ! Very unprofessional!!

Gas station attendant claimed there was no bathroom. When I inquired as to where he goes - he told me he didn’t go. Then he got surly and told me I was not teaching my children good lessons (by asking him is we could use the restroom for my 4yr old who was about to pee her pants, after buying 20 gallons of gas). He then got nasty and gave me and my children a smirk. Don’t stop here - ever. This place is not friendly and is not worthy of anyone’s business.

I went to buy gas and the clerk refused to take my $50 dollar bill. He stated because the $50 bill was old he couldn’t take it. In other words he refused to take my money because I am a black female who shouldn’t be able to pay with a $50 bill. Even though I told the clerk I just received these bills from the bank. I went back to Santander bank who gave me the bills to exchange them and let them know I was humiliated by the clerk at the gas station because he refused to serve me due to the bills they had given me. The Bank teller stated there was no reason I should have been refused service! I will make sure to let my colleagues at UConn Health along with my family and friends know not to EVER spend money at this gas station!!!

Great experience nice lady, prices were a little high gas was on the cheaper side but unfortunately no bathroom. There's a Dunkin Donuts right next door if you need a bathroom though.
