La Piazza Brookfield

Love thin Crusted pizza, they offer a nice variety Toppings. Take out ( free delivery ) or inside dinning. Nice to sit out side.

I generally don't go to restaurants that (A) are always empty when every other restaurant in the area is packed (B) a new restaurant that doesnt tell anyone they are there. I went against my instinct and ordered anyway. Verdict... trust your instinct. Mediocre at best. Food was not fresh, maybe because they are so empty lol. Rude staff. And now I know why its empty and they are not telling anyone about it. My opinion is They will be closed by summer. They probably don't realize Brookfield is a tight nit community with amazing Italian and pizza. But to thrive you have to know u r there and have fresh food.

When we saw that there was another pizza place coming to town, my husband and I groaned a little.nnWe were so wrong!nnFirst impressions, La Piazza is super clean. The people are warm and friendly (so nice!) and the food is arguably the best Italian in town (sorry Bello, Mangia-Mangia, USP, Portobello, Agora, etc.). We have been stopping in every Sunday after our daughter’s riding lesson and eating inside.nnAll COVID protocols are being followed and it is such a nice atmosphere. I can’t stress that enough, we are becoming locals here partially because of how wonderful the people are.nnHighly recommend the cheese ravioli, garlic knots and grandma’s pizza (so simple, but amazing).

Friendly staff. I liked their sauce and pizza dough.
