It's okay. The service as of right now is okay I like the guy that works there but a lot of the time the people are really freaking rude. Like I said the one that works there now is really nice. Someone needs to do something about all the stuff in the aisles because you can't even get your buggy through the majority of the aisles so you have to stop and just walk to the next aisle to get what you need. It didn't used to be this way but seems to be more more lately. If they get the store organized and make sure they keep courteous customer service staff I definitely would give five stars. Also it'd be nice if they stayed open until 10:00pm out here in the country because there isn't anything else open.
Even though I don't live in Prattville, I make a point to visit this store location every opportunity I have. Very clean, great frozen food selections, many pet food choices, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff. When I was in there last Saturday, one of the employees asked me if I was finding everything okay and to let him know if he could help me. Thank you!
Dollar general is a great place to shop. And if they are out of something. You can go to the next one. Just a couple of miles down the road.
Is a nice store. Only bad thing is they are always out of everything. I would go to this DG more often if they were able to keep stuff in stock. So usually I just go up the hill to the other DG.
