He is very passionate about others losing weight. When the pandemic first started he switched to online classes to accommodate the quarantine order. Very extensive work outs but you will see results if you stick with it. He is the best.
Cory is a great trainer. He works around whatever obstacle you have that you think will slow down your fitness training. He is professional, easy to get along with and makes you comfortable regardless of where you are on your journey. He is always encouraging and pushes you to what he knows you can do.
I have been with Corey over 5 years now and this alone attests to his awesomeness. He works hard to get each person fit and he truly cares about everyone's health. His vast knowledge of health and exercise regimens is above OUTSTANDING. Young and old benefit as I am 61 and getting younger.
