I have been working and training at The Hot Box JiuJitsu for the past 6 years. Getting the opportunity to train and coach in such an amazing environment has been immeasurably important to my personal growth. If you are prior service or active duty, you would be hard pressed to find another gym that fosters the brotherhood and team environment you find in the military or similar occupations. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced grappler...this gym fits the bill.
Great quality training top notch instruction! If you are looking for fitness or competition look no further. Great group of people all hungry to learn.
If you are looking for a place to work hard to earn what you get this is the place for you. Rob does a great job teaching jiu-jitsu. He doesn't just show you the techniques but also explains when they are applicable and when you should abandon for another technique. Every member is supportive of each other and even treat guests like family. Coach Nick also does a great job with the kids class. Would give this more stars but Google only lets me use 5.

I have been training here for almost three years now and so thankful I found this gym. The folks who train here are like family and you will not find any better place in the area to learn BJJ. Professor Rob Richardson is top notch and is a very skillful practitioner as well as knowledgeable instructor.
