This is the worst Hardee’s. The employees are RUDE, food is not hot, drive thur is a joke. When asking for cream or jelly, after you already asked at window, act like your breaking the budget. The gravy was watery like soup. Called manager voiced my complaint she just said “ anything else “ like this happens all time. Asked for the district manager name number refused to give any information. This gives a minus 5 stars.

I usually like Hardee's but the service wasn't great here and the counter workers just seemed to working in a fog. Arrived with a buddy, his order was taken quickly and then I waited at the counter for way too long for service, in my opinion. My buddy didn't get a cup, we both got number tents for the table, but was called to the counter to pick up the order. I don't mind, but don't give me a number for table service and then make me come get it, a receipt works fine.nnHis roast beef sandwich didn't even remotely resemble the picture, I mean at all. Flat, more like a waffle than a sandwich. Food did taste good, which is the only reason I gave it a three. My Big Chicken was very hot, which I appreciated. Not a hint of do you need anything else, ketchup?nnThis is my second visit at their new downtown location and I've been to the old store too and just never impressed. This visit the staff just seemed unmotivated, certainly not very friendly, and borderline lazy. Maybe it was a bad day, but I'll stick to the busier location by the interstate next time.

Not very customer friendly. The only fast food chain I know of that needs you to read a code off the coupon, one at a time, and repeat your order several times...and act like you're supposed to know their procedure beforehand or something. Wouldn't give me my receipt until bringing me my food either. This just isn't what good customer service is, especially from a shift manager.
