Terrible catering service. I called to order a sandwich tray and was told it would be ready by 2:15. We made it all the way through the line, telling the person taking the order we were here for a pick-up and paying the person taking the payment. We arrived at the window and the lady looked bewildered. After sitting at the window for 5 or so minutes, we were asked to pull up for our order to be brought out. Then a lady arrived to tell us that the tray we ordered wasn't available and that they had tried to contact us, I had no missed calls. They said they could do a different type of tray, but it would take another 15 minutes. We declined and then waited another several minutes for a refund. I am very disappointed in the service we received. I was trying to get a tray for a friend who had lost her parent and now I am going there empty handed.
Always a pleasure and we get delicious food.
Well... Seems they've gained enough customer base that they longer feel a desire to cater to customer service requests like well done fries... I guess the high sugar, high calorie mush fries keep people fat, happy and coming back....

Amazing food and incredible service. Always so courteous. I would give it 5 stars but the attention to detail is the only thing missing. Which, I do have to say, with as many orders as they deal with, it's not too bad. Unfortunately, (for me) each time an order is missing something, it happens to be my wife's food. As they say, if mamma ain't happy...no one is happy! Especially this guy who has to listen to the griping!
