Always fast service and delicious smoothies and food especially by ordering online and a quick p/u at the store makes for some healthy food while in the go. I ordered the shrimp Cajun wrap. After having a few bites of the shrimp I realize they tasted funny. So I pulled a few out and noticed they were not cooked all the way, they were partly raw! You could see the gray splotches of uncooked shrimp. I took the food back inside showed it to the lady, and she just gave me a blank stare. I then asked her for a refund, and she told me they don’t give refunds. I was shocked did they would serve patrons raw under cooked seafood, then not bat an eye when informed, and then tell you they’re not going to refund you for food did you didn’t even eat because it was raw! Definitely need to report this place. People are going to get sick!

Bad customer service, zero regard for pandemic safety.nI went into this location Saturday March 20 around 1 pm to get a smoothie and some lunch. At least 2 employees were wearing masks around their chins. I decided not to get food, since I was unable to see the kitchen. I did order a smoothie, initially thinking maybe the mask less employees were just taking a breather. I noticed one of the maskless employees started to make smoothies and I asked another employee who I believe was the manager if the employee making the smoothies could put her mask up. She did, and then I heard the rest of the employees in the kitchen complaining about masks. When the smoothie maker handed me me smoothie I thanked her, and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away.nI plan on reporting this location to the Alabama department of Health.

The food was fresh, hot, and fast but please educate your staff on how to wear their masks. Not one employee had their mask over their nose and some were even wearing it as a chin sling...while around customers and while preparing food.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!! I walked in today on 9/2/2020 at around 8:30ish and and I thought only one person was working and they had a bit of a crowd and the tall redhead with the blue shirt on was taking everyone’s orders, answering phone calls and making smoothies. While I could see another girl in the back doing nothing to help she was a short blonde wearing a dark blue shirt. Plus she had a vape in her back pocket and she didn’t even have a mask on. Which really disgusts me and makes me not want to ever come back because she was touching her phone and vape then touching other things like it was okay. Just very unprofessional while the other girl was just doing everything you can think of and doing it really fast and well for just herself. I use to work in food and I understand what it’s like to have a co worker that doesn’t do anything and I would wish someone would report them just like I am right now.
