Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get a money order through them without being ridiculed for not having an account with them. Their location was closer since our banking branch closed down in Millbrook. Just simply needed a money order to pay our rent, and the clerk said “Why can’t you just go to PNC?”.
Eating their long term customers up with fees...
Regions is the best bank I have been with. However this location is full of unprofessional staff members. I drive all the way to Wetumpka if I have to go inside.
I have had nothing but A GOOD, GREAT and PERFECTED RELATIONSHIP with this bank - Regions in Millbrook, AL. A+++++
Bank said on it's web page that it's open until 12 on Saturday but when I got there at 9:30 April 6 it was closed.
