I made an attempt to open a local bank account since my other accounts as a military member are mostly online. This bank told me that they couldn’t get me in to see a banker for 2 weeks so I waited. I tried contacting the banker twice via email to ask what I needed to bring in only to get no response. Upon arrival, she says that I need my marriage certificate to add my wife. I run home and return with 20 minutes remaining to her next appointment. She tells me to make another appointment a week later!? The manager doesn’t care when I explain to him. Worst bank I have ever encountered, it’s almost like they don’t want additional customers. Take your business to a bank that actually understands the words customer service.

My experience at this location has never been a good experience. Idk why I keep coming and trying this location but I guess because I live in prattville, it is just easier but their customer service lacks so much. Even the higher up people like the managers have no customer service. It is truly the worst branch of Wells Fargo that I have ever visited.

This bank and the workers in this bank are LAZY! They don’t do there job I drive 8 hours twice to come to this bank to change my name and this bank comes up with every excuse why they can’t do it. This time you need to make a apointment with the banker nobody is in this bank doing anything, but talking even the bankers was just being chatty Kathy. The lady last month should of told me that. Hate this bank stay far away from Wells Fargo LAZY LAZY LAZY

This is absolutely the most horrible bank to do business with, ever. Some are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Rude and disrespectful.

Seeing all the negative views, I thought I needed to share my experiences. I do not have an account as I use only credit unions, but I do submit deposits to my granddaughter's account. I have always experienced courteous interactions in person. Even reasonable short personal conversations have been within the scope of friendly interactions. This is a business and I expect there to be long lines at time or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, there have been. But all communication has been to the point and courteous. Thank You (However, I do take note of Wells Fargo practices which have drawn controversy and governmental finds. They do affect my opinions of WF management and corporate operations, but I do not interact at that level.) .... NOTE: Some people just can't ever be satisfied.
