I used to see a man named Wolfgang. Cool name right! Anyway he was always so educated and knew what he was doing. I always felt very confident that I was getting my money's worth with him. After he retired I asked for the best person they had and that is Penny. She knows what's up trust me. The H&R Block location in Prattville is the place to go if you want really good tax services from educated tax professionals.

Evette Davis is our tax representative. She is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable of the updated IRS changes. We have used her for several years and always got us a higher refund than other agencies.

Don't go here to have taxes done!! Went in thinking it was $69 as advertised and they charged over $400 for a simple tax return and didn't even tell me!! Even charged an additional fee for not paying today instead of having it taken out of my return. When I questioned and asked to cancel was told too late! Very deceptive practices! They aren't even CPAs and a CPA would be much cheaper than this!!
