It was OK. 3 stars is generous. They are very stingy on toppings. We ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza with very little pepperoni. This has happened almost every time we've ordered a extra most bested pepperoni pizza here.
Ordered pizza. Waited 30 minutes for a 3 meat stuffed pizza and crazy bread. Went inside to see if it was ready. There were 10 pizzas waiting for someone to take out to cars. Got mine drove home. No stuffed crust. Customer service is so poor here. They will not listen to customer. They always say there are short staffed or busy.
Was wanting wings for dinner that I didn't have to cook myself. So of course being in pell city you don't have a lot of choices for wings especially on a Sunday. So we chose to give them a try. The service was great the wings were great don't underestimate the underdog. My only complaint would be that they didn't have blue cheese for these wings. Placed my order over the phone ask that it be ready for pick up by 5 I qrriv d a few minutes before 5 and only had to wait for them to be boxed up.
Great pizza at a great price. Extra Most Bestest for $6, how can you beat that?
When I got there I was the only one in line. I placed my order. The gal told me it would be about 12 minutes and asked me to pull over. I sat there about 20 minutes and pulled back to the window. She told me my cheesy bread was coming up and they hadn't forgotten about me. She disappeared again and about 10 minutes later, I finally got my order. I have never had to wait that long before. Not very happy with the service today.
