Pell City Barber Shop CLOSED DOWN DEC 31,2015. My address was 18 Center Star Rd, Pell City, AL 35125. I had it for 18 years was in business for 20 years. The people commenting have the wrong place. Sorry. Maybe he doesn't have a website. I will be shutting my site down soon. I am in the middle of moving and I have to verify by mail to close this site.
