Had to leave an Oversize Load over Christmas when the company said 'Everyone should go home' to their family for Christmas.nEnjoyed time home with kids and family due to peace of mind, knowing load was secure.nEverything was exactly as the trailer and load were left.nDelivery made. Customer happy.
Ladies up front we're respectful with the situation at hand, now Joe on other hand lied, and waited for us to drive all the way up there to low ball us and then ran and sat at desk and let the ladies deal with the lie he created. Expected a lot more from a big business like this. Hopefully he gets hes Christmas Bonus
The tow took about 45 min to arrive and the price seemed standard ($75 to get my car on the trailer then $4 a mile) and however I have contacted them three times attemping to get a copy of my receipt for my insurance and they have yet to email it to me. I would be more than happy to change my rating when I receive my receipt.
Middle aged african american women at the desk was very short and rude. I already had to fork out $320 then I was told to wait outside in the hot & waited Abt 15 mins before returning inside to be told that they were having to jump my car off (would've been nice if someone came out & let me know) and then had to wait another 20 mins for someone at a freaking wrecker yard to find jumper cables. So sorry to have bothered your staff
