Came to Birmingham on business from VA — was told I **had to** try Miami Fusion Cafe.... I got the vegetarian Mofongo with Cajun spiced veggies & a side of black beans and rice..... let me tell you... I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY...... this meal has officially made my TOP FIVE favorites from around the world... I will dream about this food every night until I have it again.nnPerfection on a plate. Had the most amazing experience at this spot with these three incredible humans.... great laughs, brilliant company, but also... THE FOOOOOOD!!!! WOWWW... Out. Of. Control!!!! I enjoyed their traditional mofongo with Cajun spiced veggies and a side of beans and rice. To say it was “Absolutely Delicious” would be a bit of an understatement — this dish sent my taste buds over the top! WOW. WOW. WOW. Very thankful for the top notch service and the UNBELIEVABLE sustenance.
