Some of the best italian food in Birmingham. Great owner and excellent service. We have never had a bad meal but know that lunch can be a bit slower so if you go don't expect to get in and out too quickly.
The best Italian in town to my knowledge (by far), and it's hard for me to think of a better restaurant, regardless of the cuisine style. The pasta is great, the meat is great, the wine menu is fantastic. The owner and the rest of the staff are helpful and friendly (very!). Perfect for a special occasion, but also for a casual night (it's not too expensive at all). My only criticism is that the pizza does not meet the standards of the restaurant (it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either).
The food was fantastic. Maybe the best handmade pasta I’ve had in Birmingham. Service was good. Mask compliance was abhorrent. The owner removed his mask multiple times while visiting our table. We won’t return any time soon.
Chef Eric makes a phenomenal Bone In Pork Chop, Hanger Steak and an amazing Snapper. I highly recommend the cocktail Hugo as recommended by our server Brent. Marco, the owner, was extremely attentive and welcomed questions about all menu items. We loved it and will be back!!
This has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants! The claims in white wine butter sauce as an appetizer are the best! Highly recommend the pizzas, you can’t go wrong with any of them.
