We had a bunch of locks that we absolutely could not find replacement keys for.nThe first time I went to Brooks,and talked with Riley, he took about 15 minutes and found the keys.nI was shocked and VERY HAPPY. Thank you Brooks, for helping us find these unusual keys.nGreat job.

Lost my only motorcycle key. They suggested I bring the helmet lock (5 pin), and made 2 possible keys for the ignition (7 pin). I went home to confirm which key worked and then returned to grab 2 more copies of the right key (for free). Their awesome problem solving prevented me having to remove the ignition or tow the bike. Start to finish, less than 2 hours and extremely affordable.

We ordered 2 sets of keys (with chips) and fobs for a 2010 Nissan Sentra from Amazon. We called the Nissan dealer in Huntsville and they wanted over $130 per set to cut and program the keys and fobs. Wow! After doing a little research, we lucked into finding out about Brook’s Lock & Key on University Drive in Huntsville. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed done. I wish we had known about them prior to ordering the keys and fobs. They carry the products and offer discounts on cutting and programming and they warranty products purchased through them. We highly recommended Brooks Lock & Key and will be repeat customers.

I did not go to Brook's store. I purchased and old vault and couldn't get the it to work right. I randomly googled locksmiths and I just happened to pick the best one on the first try. Tim came and did a great job for me. I was apprehensive when I bought it, afraid I had bought a 10,000pd anchor but Tim did a great job. I was well pleased with his work and very relieved that I had bought a great old piece of history that still works like new.
