Buyer beware. Our cabinet order that was to be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks is almost finished after 5 MONTHS. (The 4th shipment is supposed to show up the ending of this week.)nWe have dealt with multiple problems including broken cabinets that had to be reordered. Trim and panels that were the wrong color. (3shades to be exact). Trim that wasn’t completely painted. On the first reorder they lost the order so that delayed our project 2 weeks.nVery poor communication during the delivery process. One shipment was delivered to a trucking warehouse that didn’t know what to do with it and shipped it back to the manufacturer. Some came on fed ex others came on a no name carrier and still others were delivered by kith.nI’ve yet to receive a call from kith to even apologize for their complete incompetence. No offer for a discount to make up for being without a kitchen for months.nI would recommend anyone considering dealing with this company to read other reviews relating to the same issues. Do your homework so you too are not in this terrible position.
