Domino's Pizza

There are times when the pizza is almost too baked, which is the reason for the four star's. Overall, the customer service is very pleasant, the food is fresh and delicious, and the environment is very welcoming! I would recommend this place!

I get an hour for lunch and waited on Montclair Domino's for one hour and thirty four minutes. Now I see the map, only 2 minutes away. Break over, no pizza, waiting on my refund. + (Btw thanks South Side Domino's for picking up the slack. I drove to the wrong store but you helped me anyway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 23rd St South. I'm still going to give Montclair another try though, because the driver explained staffing problem. Nobody needs to loose a job, but hire at least one more driver. Please

Ordered delivery. Told us it was going to be 120 min but actually it was 30 min thank goodness. Got everything except for the sauces. The delivery guy said someone would bring it within 20 minutes. After about 50 minutes we started to eat our cold food without the sauces. We called back and was on hold forever. Asked for the purchase of the sauces to be reimbursed. They said they couldn't. When asked why as it was their fault they hung up on us. We should have read the reviews before ordering from this place.

I worked there for a few months during the holiday rush. I quit because no one wore their masks properly, and when I quit and brought it up to the Franchise owners they said they’d “look into it” but never asked my wife, who was an assistant manager there at the time and had just quit, any questions. It’s clear they don’t care about mask policy. It’s obvious management is the problem, but the owners won’t replace any managers. In fact they promoted one assistant manager who never wears his mask to manager of another store. Keep in mind this was after they failed a health check. This place doesn’t even keep their meat in cold storage, they just keep it in the prep station all night because it’s above a cold fridge.

I placed an online order for delivery at 12:33 and it swapped my order to pickup because even though their website and the recording when you call said they're still open for delivery, I was told they stop delivery at 12:30. So 3 minutes late, even though everything said they're still doing delivery, they refused to deliver. I canceled my order.
