Pizza Hut

As of 01/06/2021 is my second time coming to this location. The first time my experience was pleasant, my food was hot and I didn’t have any issues. However, today I had the absolute worst experience! The employee at the pickup window was rude her attitude wasn’t pleasant at all ud83dude44 the food was room temperature (both of my pizzas and my pasta) also my order was completely wrong ud83dude11 I did not get what I ordered! I’ve worked fast food in-fact I was a Manager so I know first hand how things can be overwhelming especially when you have a line around the building BUT that doesn’t justify why my food was damn near cold and my order was wrong ! If I pay my money I expect for my food to be hot and correct ! I don’t care about her attitude that’s irrelevant to me but we as the customers shouldn’t experience your negative attitude because YOU don’t want to be at work or your business is busy or whatever the case may be !!! You can guarantee that will be my last time at your location!

Do not order here, waste of time. Took over 40 minutes after we were told it would take 15. Nothing tastes like it should, definitely undercooked. Will not order here again. You would think it would have been cooked since we had to sit in the lot for over 30 minutes.

Like really? Took over an hour for delivery when I was told 25 minutes. Food was warm almost cold, and the pizza didn't taste right. I wouldn't order here if I was you.

What happened? After they were randomly closed on 11/5/2020 the service has been slow. It was great before that but horrible since. New management? Still tastes great but 50 mins for a 1 pizza pickup is ridiculous.

2 stars because it’s PH and their Za is great! But not 5 stars because they are always so slow and 15-30 minutes behind when they say orders will be ready.
