De Vinci's Pizza

Unfortunately, I cannot give a five star rating for De Vinci’s. I will make this long story short.nn1. An hour and a half delay for meals for a partynof four.n2. Waitress did not explain that our meal wouldnbe delayed.n3. We actually had to remind another waitressnthat our meal had not been brought outnafter a two-hour wait.n4. Another waitress provided refills fornour table.n5. Placed our order around 6:00pm and receivenour meals around 7:30pm.n6. We asked for our to go boxes aroundn7:50pm.n7. Another party ordered their meal after us andnreceived their meal before us. This samenparty acknowledged this and wished us lucknas they prepared to pay for their meal.nnThe best part of the night was that my bonus son did not allow this horrible service ruin his birthday gathering and De Vinci’s did take $25.00 off of the check.nnWill I recommend this establishment to friends or my social media connects? Right now, my answer is no. The customer service was definitely lacking, due to overcrowding and extremely busy evening.

Small intimate restaurant! Great service, top shelf beverages, non alcoholic beverages also, modern decor, and have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Practice social distancing protocols. Food was delicious. Everything I ordered was served appropriate and at the right temperatures. Had the seafood lasagna first. On this visit, tried something new!

About as good a pizza as you can find today. The Mona Lisa is to die for. The service and the food are both excellent, one of my favorite places to eat. Great atmosphere too !
