Sat in line over an hour tonight waiting on our order only to pull up and check it and glad i did because they forgot one of the three meals we ordered. Extremely slow and chaotic.5 people on the frontline expediting tonight and still that slow and getting orders wrong. They have twice the amount of people in the drive through in the morning time and have never been this slow and messed up.GM needs to visit night shift asap.

The food is always good but the lines are terrible. The lines have always been bad but they were quick. Now the lines are still bad and they don’t know what “quick” even means.

It's ok...I mean, the food is good but I stood for over thirty minutes waiting on my food when I noticed others being served who ordered after me with much bigger orders. They finally noticed me standing there and realized they skipped me. Got my food but no apology, refund, or extra food. Oh, well... can't all be winners.

Would be better if they had a better drive through in the mornings instead of blocking traffic and blocking a bank parking lots drive through next door on highway 195 in haleyville Alabama 35565

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. This drive thru is the SLOWEST place in town!!!!! Going inside is no better! Every time I go I always end up leaving without food because of how slow the service is. I cannot believe this is still an issue with how long it has been going on. ALSO I went into the restaurant and saw 4 DOGS in the handicap stall. One time they ALSO gave me a milkshake in a TACO BELL CUP. This place blows my mind and I do not recommend.
