I came through their Drive Thru and everything was just standard and fine at first. I pull up to grab my order at the second window, and the cashier is extremely mute and handing us things in a semi-“aggressive” manner and our food was COLD to the point that the cheese wasn’t melted, the patties were HARD and there was barely any ketchup or mustard, so I came around once again for a second time and received the SAME THING! I then proceeded to speak with management, who told me “that I was only one who had complained all night and that she GUESSES that she didn’t know how to help me or want to do for me at this point”

I have been getting 2 double cheeseburgers from here for the last 10 years, but the last 6 months they have been horrible. The burger patties are cold and hard rubbery feeling and taste. The cheese isn't melted, it's like they are just throwing junk together that has been precooked several days before. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was cooking and didn't have time to speak with me. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only customer there.

So I only eat mcchicken sandwiches from here and only if they will cook them fresh i mean dropped in fryer when i ordered it so i order 4 mcchicken s and ask very nicely for them to be cooked fresh and at the window they asked me to wait which is usual they take a few minutes when I get them I pull it out then open my food and the chicken is super dark brown and so hard I thought I chipped my tooth on it needless to say they refried fried an already cooked chicken patty so I took it back and never got my money Back the manager swore that they were fresh even though I brought one to show her and I broke it in half like a cracker I have never been so disrespected by a service I paid for I will never eat there again waited for 15 minutes for a refund before I left again. night manager old lady grey hair she tried to tell me she watched them cook them fresh lying to my face worst service and stole my money she probably kept it

Food was old and not fresh, buns were stale, fries were old. Its hard to believe that I was even served this. They need to provide better food for paying customers.
